If you upgraded to Windows 8 and you are using any of our Outlook add-ins, on some cases you may find that Outlook triggers error messages similar to:
BWOpts.exe – Application Error
The instruction at 0x006d07c5 referenced memory at 0x00000006. The memory could not be read.
ARMOpts.exe – Application Error
The instruction at 0x005f16b5 referenced memory at 0xe96ae4cb. The memory could not be written.
EMMOpts.exe – Application Error
The instruction at 0x006a0211 referenced memory at 0x0000330c. The memory could not be read.
If you encounter such error messages, please update the add-in to its latest version. You can easily do so by using the “Check for Updates” button available on the add-in toolbar menu.

I am using the 4.0.272 version of Bells & Whistles in Outlook 2010 32 bit under the Windows 8 Pro operating system.
When I try to check for updates, I get the error message Error code 0, response code 404.
Please advise.
