Do you offer volume discounts?

The following discounts are automatically applied when you order 5 or more licenses:

  • 5 – 15 licenses: a 10% discount will apply from the single license price;
  • 16 – 25 licenses: a 15% discount will apply from the single license price;
  • 26 – 50 licenses: a 25% discount will apply from the single license price;
  • Over 50 licenses: please contact us for details.

What online payment methods do you accept?

If you pay online, we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, PayPal, Discover, Novus, Diners Club, JCB.

Can I pay by bank wire transfer?

You can choose to pay offline by bank/wire transfer or FAX. You can choose this option on checkout.

What is your refund policy?

All orders are backed up by a 30 days money back guarantee. If you wish to get a refund, please contact uscontact us. Once the refund is processed, you will not be able to activate your license anymore.

I did not receive an invoice for my order. How can I get one?

Please email us at sales@emailaddressmanager.com and we will promptly email you the required invoice.

Can I see my orders history?

In order to use the orders history feature, please make sure you create an account with us and you are logged in to it, before you checkout. Otherwise, if you checkout as a “guest”, your order will not be visible in your orders history.


Product License & Activation

Is the two years license option applied on top of the one year available with the standard purchase or is it inclusive?

The two years license refers to the total period of free upgrade available with your purchase. So this option is inclusive of the standard license.

My free trial period has finished. Can I extend it?

Unfortunately we are not able to extend trial periods, once they are elapsed. You can however install the trial product version or a different computer, so you get a new trial period.

Can I activate my license on multiple computers?

Each single license can be activated on maximum two personal computers. If you need to activate it on more than two computers, you need to purchase additional licenses. Please note that, if you reinstall your Windows system, you will be able to reactivate your license.

Once the order is placed, how & when do I receive my license?

If you pay online, it usually takes a couple of minutes for the order to be processed. Our licensing server will then send you the license activation code by email, so please make sure you provide a correct email address on your payment form. You will have to install the trial/demo product version and activate it using the activation code that you received by email.

If you pay offline, the license activation code is emailed to you as soon as the funds enter our bank account. Depending on the banking system, it may take between a couple of days and a week.

My Internet connection security settings do not allow me to activate the license. Do you have an alternative?

If you can’t activate the license using the standard method, most likely your proxy server settings are blocking the connection to our licensing server. As an alternative, you can use the “Offline Activation Method” that is presented to you on the license activation screen.

I lost my license activation code! How can I retrieve it?

You can always retrieve your license activation code by using this request form.
